Coded Misogyny and Institutional Prejudice

I highly recommend you get your Feminism 101 on and check out the excellently written definition and explanation of coded misogyny and institutional prejudice by Melissa over at Shakesville. It is long and academic in style, which I know some of my readers can't stand (ehem, you you know who you are) but really important information. Stuff of the eye-openning, thought-challenging nature.

Go there now! I order you! Like the super masculine authoritarian that I am! (If you don't know what the heck I'm talking about, all the more reason to go read this.)

  1. I went! I read! It was excellent. I'm not a fan of long and academic, generally speaking, but I found it quite accessible.
